What habits can you start changing today that will propel you to your goals?
I am your constant companion,
I am your greatest helper or your heaviest burden.
I will push you onward or drag you down to failure.

It is easy to change habits one step at a time.
So many things we do everyday, we don't even realize we do them because we are so used to doing them.
Let's all pick one habit today to work on this month.
By the end of the month you will have a new habit!
Maybe cut an hour of TV and read a good book instead?
